Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We have a 365-Day return policy.  If you receive your item and it is damaged or defected please send it back to us in the original packing to 1329 Fox Grape Cove Germantown, TN 38138.  We will issue credit (60 days or less) and merchandise credit for anything over 60 days old. NO refunds will be issued unless there is a copy of the invoice in the shipment.

 

If you do not have the original invoice, contact us and we will email you a copy free of charge, or send you a copy to use for your return. Please use email to contact us if at all possible.


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Methods:

 

We ship via the U.S. Postal Service or FedEx. The costs of each are shown during the checkout process. You will know your exact shipping charge before payment is made.

 

Yes we ship to APO/FPO and internationally.

 

Shipping Time:

 

All products are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted on the web site. Occasionally unexpected high sales levels of a particular product happen, and we cannot get the web site updated quickly enough to reflect a backordered item.

 

In stock orders are shipped in 24-48 hours depending on the time your order is placed. We are sorry, but we do not offer same day shipping is not available. Overnight or second day shipping is available, but only on our sister site www.bluffcitywholesale.com

 

PLEASE NOTE: Although the international transit time is generally 7-14 days, occasionally an order to Canada or the United Kingdom will be delayed for security screening, but we do not know for sure. Occasionally these orders take approximately one month to arrive.  This is a delay outside of our control and is not grounds for a refund or second shipment.

 

Shipping Guarantee:

 

Your items are guaranteed to arrive unbroken in good condition to U.S. addresses. You must contact us as sales@healthaccessories.com within 48 hours of the delivery date and ask if you want a replacement or a full refund.

 

Although we do ship internationally, we are not responsible for damaged items shipped to addresses outside of the U.S.A. 

 

Incorrect Addresses:

 

We will contact you by email if your order is returned to us by the shipper as a result of an incorrect address. 

 

We will re-ship such an order for the same shipping cost, (prepaid), as for the original shipment only after you confirm by email that the address is correct, or supply us with a different address.
